Ellen Schafer is the principal of ES&A and the senior financial adviser. Ellen believes that most people underestimate what they can achieve in a life time. Ellen has a unique talent that enables clients to overcome their own ‘perceived’ limitations and become happier and more prosperous than they ever thought possible. Ellen’s ability is underpinned by 25 years of experience in her own Financial Services business and academic qualifications that include a Master of Applied Finance.

Julie Schafer is the successor of ES&A. Julie has spent 10 years as an investment and business adviser working in her family's company. She also has a Masters Degree in Applied Finance as well as being a wife and mother. Julie loves her work and her clients and is an integral part of the business she has helped to create.
